Elena Sadovnikova was born in Sevastopol. From 1964 to 1969 she studied at an arts scool. From 1969 to 1974 she studied at the Arts Department of the Moscow State Print Academy. Elena illustrates books for children and does easel graphics. She participates regularly in Moscow graphics exhibitions. Her works have been displayed at various galleries in the USA. Her works can be found in private collections in Russia and the USA.
